Elizabeth Njeru, drs.

Of the 500+ EMCC-NOBCO Accredited coaches in the Netherlands, Elizabeth is the first and only from an African country. Born in Kenya, she moved to the Netherlands at 23 for her master’s degree and is fluent in both English and Dutch. Elizabeth supports the group she calls “professionals ‘who are from elsewhere, or who are seen as such©,’” intercultural teams, and global organizations with career coaching, DEIB strategy advice (design, improvement and implementation) and intercultural training. Her motto—“Progress over perfection. Start where you are now, with what you have”—reflects her practical, inspiring, and supportive approach.
