Clark, a former international banker, founded IBIS Management Associates Inc. in Curaçao, the Dutch Caribbean. With over 30 years in banking operations and technology, he excels in process digitization. Established in 2000, IBIS Management initially offered strategic advice to improve financial institutions' payment processing operations, swiftly becoming a regional leader in Straight-Through Processing (STP), compliance, and cybersecurity. Clark's efforts in developing efficient models reduced operational risks and costs. A Curaçao native, Clark is an avid business start-up coach and the former chairman of the Curaçao Business Association and has played leading roles in establishing the Curaçao Technology Export Association (SIMIA) and also the Curaçao Fintech Association. Both associations actively improve and nurture the business environment and interests of the Curaçao Tech sector. In his leisure, he enjoys cooking and restoring classic cars.
